How prices and requests work
Rates are for the whole apartment, for up to six guests. There are no fixed arrival or departure days. Additional nights are calculated proportionally.
Water and energy are included. Final cleaning is €125 extra, paid to the key holder on arrival under the existing arrangements. The €300 security deposit is separate from accommodation costs.
Reservations are personally agreed and confirmed following a down payment of at least 10%. Under the existing arrangement, the balance and security deposit are due eight weeks before arrival. For shorter-notice stays, agree payment by email.
The online calculation is an estimate. The owner confirms availability, payment and any special arrangements. Ask for applicable cancellation terms before making a final commitment.
