Privacy & cookies

SenseSol is the holiday apartment of private owner Bart van Gool. For questions about this website or your personal information, email info@sensesol.nl.

Your question or stay request

Forms collect your name, email, message and, where applicable, preferred dates and guest count. We use these details to answer your question and discuss a possible stay. Sending a form does not confirm a reservation.

Where your information goes

The form sends an email to info@sensesol.nl through the VPS mail service. We do not send automatic marketing emails or sell your information. Your message is handled as mailbox correspondence.

Form security

Input checks, a security token and temporary request limits help prevent abuse. A technical code is derived from the IP address without keeping it directly readable in that code. The site does not keep a separate public enquiry list.

Other websites and the calendar

Maps, shops and activities open when you click a link. The availability calendar runs on this website and shows only available and unavailable dates. Internal booking references are visible only to the administrator. Those services have their own privacy policies. Fonts and ordinary images are served locally.

Cookies and administration

Public pages do not add their own advertising tracking or analytics. WordPress and security tools may use essential technical functions. WordPress uses functional cookies for logged-in administration.

Questions about your information

Email Bart van Gool at info@sensesol.nl to ask what information is processed for your request, or to request correction or deletion. Details needed for agreements or mandatory records cannot always be deleted immediately.
